      2. Key responsibilities <\/strong><\/h3>

      2.1 Business strategy management.<\/strong><\/h4>

      Advise the Board of Directors on market development strategy, product direction and expansion of the store network or sales channels.<\/p>

      2.2 Dealer management and development<\/strong><\/h4>
      • Find, approach and negotiate with new partners (stores, clubs, sports venues, retail chains).<\/li>
      • Sign partnership agreements and ensure compliance with Pili’s sales policy.<\/li>
      • Maintain relationships and support discount, promotion and POSM policies.<\/li>
      • Train dealers on products, sales skills and brand-standard display.<\/li>
      • Support Marketing & Activation at points of sale.<\/li>
      • Run activation programs, mini-games and sales events.<\/li>
      • Connect dealers to online campaigns (Shopee, TikTok Shop, flash sales).<\/li><\/ul><\/div>

        2.3 Customer operations and care management<\/strong><\/h4>
        • Manage the entire online\/offline sales process, from order handling and operations to customer care, ensuring a seamless, professional and consistent customer experience.<\/li>
        • Analyze customer needs and seasonal and segment-based fashion trends to identify ways to increase revenue.<\/li>
        • Oversee sales activities to ensure sales targets are met.<\/li>
        • Regularly inspect and evaluate operating quality at points of sale.<\/li>
        • Resolve issues as they arise and improve the customer experience at points of sale.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>

          2.4 Business strategy and operations, coordinating all sales activities<\/strong><\/h4>
          • Organize and oversee the entire business operating process to achieve set sales and profit targets.<\/li>
          • Build business plans, sales strategies and promotions for the assigned sales channels.<\/li>
          • Work with Marketing on promotional activities, competitor research and tracking market trends and customer behavior.<\/li>
          • Work with other departments to ensure product supply, pricing policy and customer service.<\/li>
          • Draw up business plans, allocate KPIs and map each team member’s path to hitting their sales KPIs so team targets are met.<\/li>
          • Manage the budget and control operating costs of the sales department.<\/li>
          • Analyze the market, customers, competitors and revenue; identify fast- and slow-moving products and find out why.<\/li>
          • Analyze, track and optimize business performance across sales platforms.<\/li>
          • Evaluate data and propose solutions for growth and better performance.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>

            2.5 Team management <\/strong><\/h4>
            Build, train and develop a professional sales and customer care team, including professional sales staff.<\/div>

            • 3+ years in managing and developing distribution channels \/ B2B sales \/ FMCG \/ fashion \/ sports.<\/li>
            • Basic understanding of distribution systems, dealer management and sales contracts.<\/li>
            • College\/University degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.<\/li><\/ul>

              2. Skills<\/strong><\/h3>
              • Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.<\/li>
              • Ability to plan, track KPIs and report.<\/li>
              • Customer relationship management (CRM) skills.<\/li>
              • Business mindset, with strong data analysis and decision-making skills.<\/li>
              • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and office tools.<\/li>
