You pay the delivery staff directly after receiving the goods. With this method, please pay 100% of the order value plus the shipping fee (if any) at the time of delivery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> <strong>Payment through the 9PAY online payment gateway:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Customers can pay with the following card types:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Domestic cards:<\/strong> Vietcombank, BIDV, Agribank, Vietinbank, Techcombank,\u2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>International cards:<\/strong> Visa\/MasterCard\/JCB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.1. Payment security commitment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The online payment system on PILI is provided by our payment gateway partner 9PAY, which is licensed to operate legally in Vietnam. Accordingly, online payment security standards at pili.vn comply with industry security standards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.2 Payment security rules:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The pili.vn website works with the 9PAY payment gateway. 9PAY&#8217;s payment system meets the information security standards of the PCI Security Standards Council to protect personal information.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customers&#8217; financial information is protected throughout the transaction using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.<\/li>\n<li>A one-time password (OTP) is sent by SMS to verify account access.<\/li>\n<li>128-bit MD5 encryption standard.<\/li>\n<li>Information security principles and regulations of the banking and finance sector as prescribed by the State Bank of Vietnam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The transaction security policy for payments at pili.vn applies to Customers as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The pili.vn website provides a token storage feature \u2013 it only stores a string encrypted by the Payment Gateway Partner and provided to pili.vn. The pili.vn website does not directly store customers&#8217; card information. Security of Customers&#8217; payment card information is handled by the licensed Payment Gateway Partner.<\/li>\n<li>For international cards: the Customer&#8217;s payment card information that could be used to make a transaction is not stored on pili.vn&#8217;s system. The Payment Gateway Partner stores and secures it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are committed to strictly implementing the necessary security measures for all payments made on the pili.vn website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Payment by bank transfer to the company&#8217;s bank account<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you choose to pay by bank transfer, your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the money in our account.<\/p>\n<p>The account number and account details for payment will be shown on the pili website under Payment Methods.
