PILI’s membership policy is as follows:<\/h2>\n

Membership tier reset after 1 year<\/h3>\n

1. Reset date<\/h4>\n

Each customer’s membership tier will be reset one level lower<\/strong> (than the current tier) on 10 October every year<\/strong> (PILI’s birthday)<\/p>\n

2. Conditions to keep your tier<\/h4>\n

To keep your current membership tier, you need to complete at least one of the following activities within 12 months:<\/p>\n

– Complete a purchase order.<\/p>\n

– Join a brand promotion or event.<\/p>\n

– Review a purchased product or the shopping\/customer care service.<\/p>\n

– Share information about the brand on social media platforms.<\/p>\n

3. Reset process<\/h4>\n

The system will automatically check and reset members’ tiers on 10 October (PILI’s birthday). You will be notified by email or SMS about the reset and the conditions to regain your previous tier (about 7\u201314 days in advance).<\/p>\n

4. Special benefits<\/h4>\n

After your membership tier is reset, PILI offers you the following benefits:<\/p>\n

– A discount on your first order after the reset.<\/p>\n

– Bonus points to redeem for gifts.<\/p>\n

– A chance to take part in prize draws.<\/p>\n

5. Other terms<\/h4>\n

– This policy applies to all membership tiers (except the basic tier, Member).<\/p>\n

– If a customer violates the program’s rules, their membership tier may be reset at any time.<\/p>\n
