    2.2. Delivery confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with shipping details so you can track your delivery status. Delivery time is counted from the moment PILI confirms the order.<\/p>\n

    3. Carrier responsibility for goods in transit<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The carrier is responsible for the goods and for risks such as loss or damage throughout the delivery process to the customer.<\/p>\n

    Customers are responsible for checking the goods upon receipt. If you find the goods dirty, scratched, torn or different from what you ordered, please sign to confirm the condition of the goods with the delivery staff and notify us immediately so we can resolve it.<\/p>\n

    Once you have signed for the goods without noting any issues, the goods are deemed accepted and the delivery complete, and we will not be responsible for later return or exchange requests due to dirt, scratches, tears, wrong items, etc.<\/p>\n

    If the carrier is designated by the customer, or the goods are delivered by a relative or friend, the customer is responsible for the goods and for risks such as loss or damage throughout the delivery process. In this case the customer bears the shipping fees and any related losses.<\/p>\n

    4. Responsibility for providing goods documents during delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

    To support the delivery process, PILI commits to always enclosing in each package: the sales invoice and related documents proving that the products are legally distributed by us.<\/p>\n

    Therefore, during delivery, the delivery staff may present these documents to prove the origin of the goods if requested by competent authorities.<\/p>\n
